RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unused, unworn, unwashed clothing items with original tags attached.

Items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged)

  • In original packaging, including tags and accessories (if applicable)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Intimates (e.g., underwear, lingerie, bodysuits)

  • Swimwear (unless hygienic liner is intact)

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked “non-returnable” at checkout

2. Return Process

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Email us at info@eddiejstudio.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We will provide approved customers with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack the item securely

  • Affix the return label

  • Drop it off at the designated carrier

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We made an error

  • Item arrived damaged or defective

3. Refunds

Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds Are Not Issued For:

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items with visible wear, stains, odors, or damage

  • Unauthorized returns

Partial Refunds May Be Issued For:

  • Items returned with missing packaging or tags

  • Items showing minimal signs of use

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size changes

  • Different color of the same item

  • Defective or damaged items

If the item is out of stock, we will offer:

  • A refund, or

  • Store credit (your choice)

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of the damage/defect.

We will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

7. International Orders (If Applicable)

  • Return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable
